Singapore Trip - Breakfast @ Wisma Atria on 31.11.07
Breakfast, here we come! Came mainly for the hokkien fried har mien. Taste good & the prawns are fresh too. Also had the "chow kuei" & it was different from M'sia cos it was the sweet version. The fruit rojak was also nice & a lil different on the sauce taste. I think they put in the bunga kantan/kiong fah inside it which gave a boost to our appetite.
Sweet wines are normally more expensive because the grapes is more expensive and can only be grown in certain soil and climate.
Rieslings are not easy to grow. The German variety of the rieslings are one of the best in the world.
One very famous producer call Jos Jos Prum. They are recognised as one of the best riesling producers in the world. Their wine is very floral and extremely mineral - slightly petroleum in taste - but it tastes sooooo good. the wine simply explodes in your mouth with different flavours
